Hi,
I am just wondering what level of education the art therapist has? My insurance only covers a therapist with a master’s degree or higher.
Hi Michelle most art therapists have a masters degree with a specialization in art therapy, or as in my case, a master’s degree folowed up with a two-year Advanced Art Therapy Diploma. I suggest that you inquire from your art therapist about her/his qualifications prior to booking the session.
